There are three types of sampling valves : 

1. Capacitive sampling ball valves
2. Piston sampling valves
3. Spoon powder sampling valves

Apllications: The safety sampling valve performs precise and under total safety samplings under pressure or vacuum conditions of all type of liquids, powders, solids or gas. Widely adopted by the main Chemical, Petrochemical, Plastic and Polymers worldwide actors, we have been perpetually improving their design and manufacture for more than thirty years. All our products are machined or welded-assembled and can be manufactured in stainless steel or special alloys (Duplex, Inconel, Hastelloy®, Titanium, Uranus, etc.).

1. Capacitive sampling ball valves: The capacitive sampling ball valve ensures that a representative sample is safely taken by a key 180° turn.

Key advantages of the capacitive sampling ball valves: 

• Non leaking system while taking a line process representative sample
• Complete sealing – one hand action and zero leakage to the atmosphere 
• Pressure degasing process through the volume increase caused by the evacuation in the flask holder
• System allow to collect samples under vacuum and under pressure without any modification

2. Piston sampling valves: The operating principle lies in a piston linear movement.

Key advantages of the piston sampling valves:

• Full bore draining
• Three positions available: crust breaking, closed piston leveled to the nozzle and open (full bore)
• Disc design adapted to the internal vessel (non intrusive for agitator)
• Sealing metal – metal, PTFE or O’ ring
• Internal body profile improving the flow

3. Spoon powder sampling valves: The operating principle lies in a spoon linear translation and a 180° turn movement.

• Easy use with one hand action
